BBQ pulled pork is one of my most favorite sandwiches for family dinners!
I especially love to make this during the summer months when I want a delicious meal (that my kids will actually eat!) without turning on the oven!

Ingredients
- 3 lbs boneless pork loin
- 1 cup cherry Pepsi
- 2 cups BBQ sauce (more if desired) – Use your favorite sauce!
- Garlic & Herb Seasoning Blend – I use the Mrs. Dash brand to make it fast…you could make your own if you prefer!
Instructions
- Spray crock pot with nonstick cooking spray
- Generously sprinkle all sides of the pork loin with the garlic rub
- Place in crock pot
- Pour 1 cup of cherry Pepsi into the crock pot
- Cover and cook on low until the meat is fall apart tender – 8 to 10 hours
- Take pork out of the crock pot and discard any excess fat
- Shred with two forks
- Place shredded pork back in the crock pot and coat with BBQ sauce
- Warm on low for 10 – 15 min or until BBQ sauce is warm
- Serve hot on hamburger buns
