- Spray crock pot with nonstick cooking spray
- Place ground beef in the crock pot...do not break up the meat. Just take it out of the package and place in the crock pot!
- Pour the salsa on top of the meat
- Sprinkle taco seasoning on top of salsa
- No need to mix anything at this point...let the crock pot do the magic!
- For best results, cover and cook on LOW until the meat is cooked (no pink), about 8-10 hours depending on your crock pot
- 40 minutes before serving, break up the meat with a large spoon and mix everything together
- 20 minutes before serving, give the meat another stir in the crock pot with a large spoon to ensure everything is well mixed together!
- Serve the meat hot on taco shells
- Add toppings of your choice!
- Enjoy! You may or may not have leftovers!
